Merchandise Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at heartlandrugby@aol.com. We'll assist you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit.

Complete the return form on the back of your packing slip. Please indicate the reason for your return. Wrap your return securely along with the return form and send to: Heartland Rugby Supply. Your package should be insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to speed your exchange or refund.

Shipping

Heartland Rugby Supply will deliver your order to your home or address within 2 weeks of placing the order. Your order will arrive UPS ground. Upon shipping you will be notified by e-mail that the order has been shipped. If you have any questions regarding your order or shipping status, please e-mail us at heartlandrugby@aol.com.
